Gandhi Jayanthi & Inauguration of Nature Club on 03 October, 2023

The MBA students of MCMAT organized a brief function to celebrate and honour the birth day of the father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi. The college was also witnessed the inauguration of the nature club, Emerald Club. The anchoring was done by Miss Vishnupriya, second year student. The session started with a prayer song led by the first-year students, Miss Sreelakshmi, Miss Josiya George and Miss Soji Abraham followed by the opening speech by the second-year student, Miss Reeshma Philip. Miss Elizabeth Denny delivered a speech on Ahimsa. Saplings were planted by Emerald Club members and premises of the college were also cleaned. Refreshments were served during the event. The session finally ended with a vote of thanks speech by Miss. Merlin P S, second year student. Gandhi Jayanti is not just a day to remember a historical figure; it is a day to recommit ourselves to the values he stood for.
