MCMAT FDP 2024 June 25
On June 25, 2024, Marthoma College of Management and Technology in Perumbavoor held a Faculty Development Programme. Dr. Simon George, former Dean of TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal, led a technical session titled “THE WAY AHEAD” for the faculty. This FDP was crucial for enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of the faculty members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. The programme proved beneficial in maintaining high teaching standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that faculty are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of both students and the institution.
