Marthoma College of Management and Technology (MCMAT) in association with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), on 7th September 2016 organized certificate course on HR Skill Training – Enhancing Performance for practicing HR Professionals. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Mujeeb Rahman, President of SOSEL, Perumbavor. The technical sessions were handled by Mr. G. Anilkumar, Vice Chariman, NIPM, Kerala Chapter, Dr. Surekha Zachariah, Head HR Sutherland Global Services and Mr. Anish Aravind, Hon. Secretary, NIPM, Kerala Chapter. The programme was attended by 44 participants from over 36 business organisaitons.
