On the 17th October 2015, Marthoma College of Management and Technology, organized an extension Lecture on ‘The Challenges of Managing Industrial Relations in Public and Private Sector Organisations in India. The lead talk was delivered by Mr. Varghese Easow, Human Resource Manager, Plant Lipids. Innovative methods of managing IR was discussed and deliberated through interactive sessions.
